Jesus, I Believe In You

I think we all have to believe in Him. For everything He has done, for everything He will do. Sometimes we forget that everything we have, everything we are blessed with, everything He has given us is a gift. We can take for granted A+ assignments, job opportunities, and social success. The people we are surround by, the family that supports us, the friends that you get together with every weekend; all of them are a blessing. Why can’t people just realize that their lives aren’t theirs, sorry to say and I’ll tell you why; it’s because he wants us to do something greater than what we are:

Matthew 28:16-20
Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesushad told them to go. When the saw him, the worshiped him; but some doubted. Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

“Go and make disciples of all nations” He said which means that as sad as it sounds, the whole world is not towards Christ. People must see Him, they must learn about Him, they must love Him until their very last day. The only way those people can hear His word is for us to become active in our praise. You are probably wondering what am I talking about, ok let me explain it to you then.

Taken from dictionary.com
dis-ci-ple [di-sahy-puh l] – any follower of Christ.
praise [preyz] – the act of expressing approval or admiration.

We are already disciples of Christ, now we must make the whole world disciples of Him too. There is no reason we should neglect our duties as Christians. Yes, it is our duty as a Christian to go across the world and speak His name. We have to strive to give Him greater praise, greater glory, greater love. We are obligated to express our admiration for Him, for everything He has done. I don’t think anything will ever compare to what He has done for us but I know we can try, and that’s what He wants us to do.

Don’t give up on Him, don’t give up on serving Him because that is the worst thing you can ever do to Him. He will cry, and the angels in heaven will join Him. Don’t fail on Him, remember everything in your life; count your blessings. Never give up on your service, God would not challenge you in your “busy life” if He did not know you could handle it. Remember, God is not going to make you go through anything you couldn’t take.

I pray that the hearts of many will burst into flames for His glory. I pray that the hearts of many will only look to you and only you. Let their hearts be guided by you Lord. In all your glory in the world, until the ends of the earth. Amen.
